Tatyana inspires her clients to pursue profound positive change in their personal and professional lives, many times in areas that previously limited their ability to tap into their full potential. She combines insights generated from her 15-year career in human resources and culture development with her own extensive research and study in transformational practices in human potential. As a result, Tatyana offers a breadth of knowledge that integrates multiple schools of thoughts and disciplines that can be personalized to each client or organization’s journey. A lifelong learner, Tatyana takes a whole-person approach to her coaching style and is a supportive facilitator in her clients’ work. She builds rapport easily and quickly to establish a sense of safety for her clients to explore, test, and grow their abilities. Aware of the vulnerability of this work, Tatyana meets clients where they are at and through a genuine sense of curiosity and care supports them in increasing their self-awareness. It is that excavation of a client’s own awareness that is the cornerstone of Tatyana’s work with leaders, work that often results in a sense of greater empowerment, alignment, and satisfaction in her clients. |
Tatyana’s clients have included established wellness and nonprofits organizations as well as
veteran CEOs, emerging leaders and high performing creatives.
Her own leadership style is one that is collaborative and inclusive, provocative and creative - pulling from brain-based research as well as alternative modalities such as relational Gestalt practice. She is a certified Motivation Factor practitioner and also has completed Co-Active Coach Training at the Co-Active Training Institute in San Rafael, California, known for its ground-breaking work in leadership development.
Tatyana speaks to the importance of bringing a sense of joy into the workplace through greater awareness and insight. Originally she had wanted to become an interpreter, and now leverages that passion to help leaders interpret their culture and teams while also helping clients translate their emotions and experiences. The former Director of Human Resources at Esalen Institute, one of the leading centers on human potential, Tatyana currently serves on the board of directors of the Holistic Centers Network. She is a supporter of Waldorf education, personal growth and development, and experiencing the larger world through traveling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a native of Belarus.
